1-2 tsp loose tea per 8 oz of water, Boil water to 210 F (96 C) and Steep for 3-5 min
COLD BREW | Fill A Pitcher (mason jar) with water. Add 2.5 tbls loose tea per 1 LITRE water. Steep in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours. Strain tea and pour over ice! QUICK METHOD | Steep 4 tsp of loose tea in 1/2 cup Boiled water. Sweeten while hot. Strain & serve over ice
